As a single mother, Amber Rundle, 25, is never detached from her two year-old daughter Remy Pisanchyn. Rundle works 5 jobs totaling a little under 40 hours in order to give her daughter a new life in Jeffersonville, N.Y., after divorcing her husband due to abuse. And not having a good relationship with her own parents, Rundle does everything she can to ensure Remy lives in a healthy, safe environment.
