Just Maple, a sugarhouse in Tilton, New Hampshire, was founded 35 years ago by husband-and-wife co-owners Roger and Barbara Proulx. Hundreds of people visit their farm during Maple Weekend, an annual event at the end of tapping season, created by the New Hampshire Maple Producers Association to promote the maple industry across the Granite State.
